This is a dense shield — the full-fill background is what gives it the patch look, and it is why the counts run high for the footprint. Sew it on structured goods: twill jackets, canvas totes, felt pennants. On the 6.4″ size expect a long runtime and use a firm cutaway; the payoff is a crest that looks factory-applied.
